====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2025 Without going into the merits of demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsels.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has made a representation (Annexure - P/2) to the Respondent No. 4 herein ventilating his grievance but till date the respondent authority has not taken any action on the same. Learned counsel submits that the Respondent No. 4

Patna High Court CWJC No.20344 of 2025(2) dt.22-12-2025 2/3 may be directed to pass necessary orders on the representation made by the petitioner by fixing a timeframe.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State submits that there is no endorsement of the Respondent No. 4 have been received on the representation dated 13.08.2025 made by the petitioner nor any postal receipt has been enclosed along with the said representation. Learned counsel submits that in case the petitioner submits a fresh representation ventilating his grievance, the same shall be taken into consideration and necessary orders passed by the concerned authority.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 4 herein within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority i.e. Respondent No. 4 shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation made by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
