This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Baliya P.S. Case No.94 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2024.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88340 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai / concerned Court below, in connection with Baliya P.S. Case No.94 of 2024.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Gangapur Police Station, Nashik, Maharashtra on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. 8.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Commissioner of Police, Nashik, Maharashtra, forthwith through FAX for its compliance.
