2. The petitioner has prayed for a direction to consider his case for transfer having regard to threat perception.

3. From Annexure-5, it appears that the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saharsa has sought guideline from the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna on 10.07.2018 and till date there is no response from the Director, Primary Education.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Primary Education

Patna High Court CWJC No.21506 of 2018(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 to take appropriate decision with regard to transfer of the petitioner having regard to the threat perception.

5. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the Director, Primary Education at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. The writ application stands disposed of.
