This application for regular bail arises out of Barh P.S. Case No. 358 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S Act.

From the petitioner's possession, allegedly 1.4 kg of Ganja was recovered by the police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is in custody since 02.08.2019.

The quantity of Ganja said to have been recovered is less than commercial quantity.

Considering the above mentioned fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the application and considering the period of custody and the

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 358 of 2019.
