All the petitioners will file separate application before the LAARA and all the questions raised by the petitioners will be decided by LAARA within six months. The dispute can be decided by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LARRA").

The petitioner is directed to file an application before the concerned Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, ("LARRA") within 60 days from today and thereafter, the matter shall be heard on its merit after condoning the delay and shall be disposed of within six months from today by Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LARRA"), in accordance with law after hearing the parties.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22600 of 2018(4) dt.10-11-2022 2/2 In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition and file an appropriate application before the concerned Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LARRA"). Applicability of Right to Act, 2013 shall also be decided by the "LARRA".

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
