JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 672 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Approximately seventy litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a hut belonging to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and is in custody since 07.10.2019. Prior to the present case, he was not made accused in any other

Considering all these facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 672 of 2019.
