JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1) (i) For issuance of an order, direction and a writ in the nature of Certiorari for implementation of the order passed by the Respondent No. 5 dated 19.06.2017,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6108 of 2020(3) dt.30-10-2024 2/2 under Section 145 Cr.P.C., in Complain Case No. 216/2017, regarding removal of obstruction claimed by Respondents No. 7 to 12 to be a hut, which was put up by respondents No. 7 to 12, over Khata No. 2041, Khesara No. 9498, area 0.08 decimal, situated at village-Sirauli, P.S. Riga, District- Sitamarhi.

(ii) For issuance of an order/direction, commanding the respondent authorities to implement the order passed by Respondent No. 5, which could not be implemented despite one day's salary of Circle Officer i.e. Rs. 1737/- being deposited in lieu of deputation of a Magistrate."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
