JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gurua P. S. Case No. 191 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 427, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant by lathi, danda and rod and there is also allegation of snatching of chain and damaging two motorcycles. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the whole allegations are false and concocted, which will appear from the fact that injuries are also superficial in nature. They have no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.
