2. In view of this, a report was sent from the Exclusive Special (N.D.P.S) Court, West Champaran, Bettiah in which it is mentioned that the present stage of this case is prosecution evidence and in this case, three prosecution witnesses have been examined out of six charge sheeted witnesses and further three months time is required to concluded the trial of this case.

3. From perusal of the report, it appears that the trial of this case is in advanced stage. So, considering this bail petition is dismissed with observation that the learned Trial
