2. The petitioner was working on daily wages as per averments made in the writ petition and has been removed from his engagement on daily wages under communication dated 18-08-2017.
3. After arguing the matter for sometime, Mr. Banwari Sharma learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a representation before the Secretary, Revenue Board dated 11-09-2019 (Annexure-7 to the writ application) which the petitioner would pursue.
