This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Seikhpura P.S. Case No.57 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the B.N.S. 3.

Unknown criminals have looted an amount of Rs.5,06,184/- from the Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Limited, Sheikhpura.

The name of the petitioner has come in the case during the investigation. The petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2025. He is accused in ten more similar and serious criminal cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
