2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 366A, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 163 of 2017.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there was love affairs between the petitioner and the victim girl who are neighbours. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned APP invites reference to para 21 of the case diary wherein the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.PC. has been recorded, according to which she has made serious allegations against the petitioner of having taken her
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71356 of 2018(4) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 away. The victim is said to be 17 years of age.
5. Having regarding to the nature of the accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant of privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
