Petitioners seek bail in Madhwapur P.S. Case No.76 of 2019 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The petitioners were apprehended while they were carrying 63 litres of Nepali liquor on their motorcycle. The petitioners are in jail since 03.10.2019. The petitioners have remained in jail for two months for recovery of 63 litres of Nepali liquor.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two
