====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2025 Heard Mr. Alok Kumar Alok, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have secured appointment as Assistant Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has already extended his resignation on 10.01.2024. Learned counsel further submits that other similarly situated have already been granted anticipatory bail.

5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XV (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The bail application stands disposed of.
