====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent/State.

2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to provide relaxation in qualifying marks in CTET examination dated 21/1/24 and consider the petitioner for counseling scheduled from 16/12/24 to 20/12/24 and appoint and allow her to qualify in the next CTET/BTET examination within some stipulated period in the light of fact that she has been selected for appointment as Teacher for Class 6-8 by the Bihar Public service Commission Patna but she could secure only 28% in 1st paper and 20.67% in 2nd paper as against minimum qualifying 60% on account of health issues beyond

Patna High Court CWJC No.18957 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 her control in the result/marks statement dated 15/2/2024 published by the Respondent No. 3 against the CTET examination dated 21/01/2024.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation for redressal of her grievance before respondent no. 2/Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar/concerned respondent within a period of two weeks from today.

4. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same sympathetically and pass a reasoned & speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
