By way of the present application, the petitioners have sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.158 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the inordinate and unexplained delay of nine days in recording of oral statement and further inordinate delay of twenty-three days in institution of the first information report as also the fact that injuries found were all

No.77608 of 2019(4) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 simple in nature, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.158 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
