2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341 , 323, 325 , 307, 379, 504 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of lathi.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on account of land dispute a free fight took place between both the parties in which both sides sustained injury . Case and counter case . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or
