Mr. Arvind Ujjwal, SC 4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) Date : 29-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Admittedly, against the order cancelling the licence, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the Collector, Khagaria, the same was dismissed. The petitioner thereafter preferred a revision petition before the Divisional Commissioner, Munger. However, he withdrew the same way back on 1st of November, 2017. On due consideration of the matter, we find that apart from the fact that the writ petition suffers from delay and laches,
Patna High Court CWJC No.21315 of 2018 dt.29-11-2021 2/2 the very fact that the petitioner withdrew the revision from the Court of Divisional Commissioner, Munger, there is no ground to interfere in the matter.
The petition stands dismissed.
