No. 67851 of 2023, whereby the petitioner was granted bail by this Court and were directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks.

2. Considering the reasons as stated in the modification application and the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted for surrender is extended by further four weeks.
