The petitioner, who has been appearing in

Patna High Court MJC No.4940 of 2019(5) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 person all his while, is not present today.

However, Mr. Abhimanyu Vatsa, learned counsel for the respondents submits that this petition has become infructuous as the order of this Court has already been complied with and a final order has been passed in the departmental proceeding. The aforesaid order passed in the departmental proceeding has already been challenged by the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, there is no necessity of keeping this matter alive.
