Appellant seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amended) Act, 2018 and Sections 3(i)(w) of the SC/ST Act. According to FIR, three persons allegedly pulled the Dupatta of the daughter of the informant. The police chased and arrested the appellant, on the suspicion that the appellant was also one of the miscreants. The appellant has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.10.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, Let the above named appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

APP (SJ) No.5265 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.8994 of 2019 arising out of Paliganj P.S.Case No.376 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the appellant shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the appellant.
