JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 10 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and the F.I.R itself shows that the recovery has been made from the house of Gita Kumari. Further he has been in judicial custody since 10.09.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018.
