2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Mushahari P.S. case No. 98 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected two times by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.02.2022 and 12.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25981 of 2021 and 21143 of 2023 respectively.

4. In compliance of the order dated 11.01.2024, a status report has been received by which it appears that trial shall be disposed off within three months.

5. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

6. The application stands disposed off.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period as mentioned in the above report failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
