This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Madhuban P.S. Case No.431 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1943 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.431 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Madhuban Police Station, District- East Champarn at Motihari on first Sunday of every month.
