2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 411 , 414 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with three other accused persons are alleged to have stolen the motorcycle of the informant.

4 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. No looted article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean

6 Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Begusarai in connection with Gadhpura (Garhpura) P . S. Case No. 95 of 2023 .
