1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 132, 115(2), 109, 49, 54, 324(4), 352, 351(2) & (3) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 has antecedent of two cases, petitioner no.2 has antecedent of one case and petitioner no.3 and 4 are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that accused

No.85907 of 2025(2) dt.03-02-2026 2/3 persons came forming an unlawful assembly at the P.S and started creating ruckus and were demanding to release Sultan, who was in police custody and when informant tried to reason out, the accused persons assaulted the police personnel causing injury and even threw papers lying in the office of the informant.

4. Learned counsel submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegation of assault and creating ruckus is general and omnibus in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kachna P.S. Case No.59/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under
