2. This application has been filed against the order dated 12.07.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra in Divorce Case No. 208 of 2014 filed by opposite party/respondent under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
3. By the impugned order dated 12.07.2018, the maintenance amount of Rs. 4,000/- and the litigation cost of Rs. 5,000/- has been allowed by the Principal Judge, Family Court,
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1623 of 2018(5) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 Chapra in Divorce Case No. 208 of 2014 on the application filed by the wife. No ground is made out for interference of the same.
