2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant and his family members by means of iron rod and lathi, due to which, they sustained injury.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1610 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 allegation of assault is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. It is further submitted that present case is counter blast of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023, which was lodged prior to lodging of the present case against informant and others. There is delay of three days in lodging the present case. The petitioners have got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Patna City (Patna) in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
