Petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "For commanding the respondents to remove encroachment from the public road situated at Village- Belmohan under Phulparas police station of Madhubani district appertaining to Khata No. 128, Khesra No. 586, 588, 638, 640 which have been encroached and inspite of clear measurement by the Circle Officer, Ghoghardiha holding therein the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21719 of 2018(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 encroachment, the same has not been removed by the respondent concerned, contrary to the provisions contained under Rule-3 of the Bihar Land Encroachment Act."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
