2. The allegation of the petitioner in the writ Court against respondent no.9, Mithilesh Kumar Gupta was to be examined by the respondents as directed by the writ Court.

3. The show cause(s) have been filed both by the State as also Indian Oil Corporation, according to which, they have made complete enquiry and as per the report of District Administration, the land belongs to the petitioner and credentials are good.

4. In that view of the matter, the claim of the petitioner of examination of credential of respondent no.9 having been examined and the opposite party satisfied, so far as the MJC No. 4343 of 2018 is concerned, the same needs no further movement, accordingly, disposed of.
