JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 This application has been filed seeking direction to the District Sub Registrar, Siwan, to immediately cancel the sale deed dated 22.02.2019 executed by respondent No.7, being Sl. No. 2212, Book No. 1, Deed No. 2120, as, according to the petitioner, this Court, in the order dated 04.04.2015 passed in F.A. No. 290 of 2013, has clarified that this Court had not permitted her to sale the particular land as mentioned in the sale deed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.25313 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 This writ application, in my opinion, is completely misconceived. The petitioner shall have liberty to question the validity of the sale deed in question before appropriate forum in accordance with law either by making an application before this Court in the First Appeal, which is pending, or by filing a separate suit.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
