2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and U/s 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have shot at the victim and the shot hit the hand of the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the informant; Shri Manoj

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3881 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 Kumjar has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court below in connection with Agion (G) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2023.
