JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 Heard Sri Satya Prakash Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 302 / 394 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion petitioner has been made accused. He submits that petitioner and deceased both were coming on a motorcycle. Thereafter, four unknown accused persons intercepted and fired as well as looted the amount which was withdrawn from Bank. In sum and substance, it has been argued that there is nothing against petitioner. In this case, earlier, by order dated -

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69423 of 2018(7) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 19.12.2018 readable photo copy of case diary was called for, which has been received. I have myself perused entire case diary and after going through the same, I am of the opinion that it is not a case for granting bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
