2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 140(3) of the B.N.S. and later on, chargesheet was submitted under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Pokhari Mandal @ Ram Bilash Mandal, who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 25.07.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 40776 of 2025. Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2025.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Naugachhiya, District - Bhagalpur in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024.
