2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for following relief:

" (i) For issuance of appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner form her original post i.e. Prakhand Teacher in Rajkiya Madhya Vidyalaya, Deep, Lakhnaur District- Madhubani and allowed her to mark signature on teachers' attendance register, in pursuance of the order dated 25.09.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2290 of 2023 and/or issuance of appropriate writ or writs under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.439 of 2024 dt.15-03-2024 2/2 submits that the petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Madhubani (respondent no. 2), but till date the said representation is not disposed by the respondent no. 2.

4. Considering the above-made submissions, this Court directs the respondent no. 2 to dispose the representation of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pass a reasoned and speaking order in the light of Annexure-7 of this writ petition, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 2 shall be personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
