2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 381 of 2023 dated 06.09.2023, lodged under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against seven named accused persons, including the petitioner. Three stolen motorcycles have been recovered from the garage of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the materials have come to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.- 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 381 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance twice at the Jaitpur O.P. Police Station, District- Muzaffarpur in each month.
