2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 326 , 327, 307, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
3 As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have caused fire arm injury to the devar of the informant. 4 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case due to dispute over ancestral property between the parties. Petitioner was not present on the spot at the time of occurrence . Charge-sheet has

5 Considering the aforesaid facts and other circumstances of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
6 Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate , 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with pirpainti P .
