2.The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Bihiyan P.S. Case No. 271 of 2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 85 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. and under Sections 3 & 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant was married to one Shailesh Kumar Pal on 12.12.2020. She is also having two daughter out of the wedlock. It is further alleged that as she is blessed with two daughters, she was being subjected to cruelty on that account. It is alleged that all the in-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84655 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 laws assaulted her. There is allegation against this petitioner that she has assaulted the informant catching her hair.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law and only allegation against her is that she has assaulted the informant by catching her hair. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no injury has been caused to the informant.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bihiyan P.S. Case No. 271 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara.
