2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- I. For releasing the pay of the petitioner of five months of the suspension period from 01.05.2018 to 30.11.2018. II. For directing the concerned respondent authority to pay the arrear of salary of the petitioner from October, 2013 to February, 2014.

For payment of increment of salary of the petitioner which is less than two other namely Ashok Yadav and Sri Niwas Sharma of the same batch to the petitioner. IV. For grant of Travelling allowance of the petitioner after training period on 29.02.2016 from Patna to Motihari. V. For grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner may be found deemed entitled in the facts and circumstances.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for grant of his arrears towards his service with regard to five months pay for suspension period from 01.05.2018 to 30.11.2018 and arrears of salary from October, 2013 to February, 2014 and with other reliefs, petitioner has filed representation before respondent nos.5 & 6.

4. Upon perusal of the records, it transpires to this Court that respondent no.6 (The Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari) is the competent authority as petitioner was working as Constable in the department.

5. In this background, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran at Motihari (respondent no.6) to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's representation within 90 days
