The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 419, 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The nature of attribution disclosed in the FIR makes out a case which is to be proved in a civil litigation, hence, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar Industrial Area P.S.Case No.95 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79254 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
