The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Police after investigation earlier has submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the I.P.C.

Considering the fact that Police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the I.P.C. and petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody since 31.7.2018, let the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
