The petitioner filed this writ petition only for a direction to the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Vaishali to dispose of Supply Appeal being Misc. Appeal Case No.182 of 2017-18.

The Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2013 mandates for disposal of appeal within a statutory period of sixty days, but it appears that more than two years has elapsed and the appeal is still pending before the Collector.

Having considered the facts, I direct the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.25122 of 2019(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 Magistrate, Vaishali to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner being Misc. Appeal Case No.182 of 2017-18 within thirty days, if the appeal is still pending, from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
