1. Though the present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 08.01.2018, passed in Cr.Misc No.60114 of 2017 by this Court, however, considering the fact that the said order by which the petitioner had been granted liberty to surrender within a period of six weeks, before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st , Munger, in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No.170 of 2017, registered for the offenses punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code, for the purposes of grant of anticipatory bail was passed about 7 years back, the learned counsel for the present petitioner seeks liberty on her behalf to file a fresh petition, before the learned trial Court for grant of bail. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
