====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 Heard Sri Ram Sandesh Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph-3 of the petition and is in jail since 21-07-2018, has prayed for grant of bail in Lakhisarai, Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 380 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 461/ 379/ 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Sehbood Sheikh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,
