2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per the direction given by this Court dated 01.09.2023 passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.264 of 2025(2) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 in Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 4548/2019 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case. No. 13201/2014 i.e. Annexure-P/4, all the petitioners made their representation before the respondent no. 02 vide Annexure-P/12 dated 11.12.2023 but till today no decision has been taken by the concerned respondent. Therefore, it is prayed by the counsel that this petition may be disposed of, directing the respondent no. 02 to consider and decided the pending representation of the petitioners, Annexure P/12 within any specific period fixed by this Court.

3. Having heard the submission put forth by counsel for the petitioner as well as State-counsel, it would be appropriate to dispose of the petition. Accordingly petition is disposed of.

4. Respondent No. 02 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner i.e. Annexure -P/12 in accordance with relevant rules and law and passed a reasoned order as early as possible probably within three months from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
