2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Special Excise No. 1263 of 2024 arising out of Maranchi (Panchmahala O.P.) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46701 of 2024 with the observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after six months. He submitted that the stipulated period of time which

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Barh, Patna in connection with Special Excise Case No. 1263 of 2024 arising out of Maranchi (Panchmahala O.P.) P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
