2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 551 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 32 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. The petitioner is the owner of the motorcycle from which recovery of 44 litres of illicit liquor has been made.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is accused in one more case i.e., Jamui P.S. Case No. 461 of 2025.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Exclusive Excise Court-I, Jamui/concerned Court below in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 551 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.

7. As the petitioner claims to have only one criminal antecedent except the present case i.e., Jamui P.S. Case No. 461 of 2025, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case except Jamui P.S. Case No. 461 of 2025 and the present case then his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
