2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70482 of 2025 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. case No. 63 of 2025 to the satisfaction of Court below.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 70482 of 2025, police station of the petitioner was typed as 'Forbesganj' in place of 'Fulkaha' and, as such the same got typed in the cause title of order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70482 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85794 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 2025, as such, the petitioner could not be released.

4. From perusal of the record, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission.

5. Let the words 'P.S.- Forbesganj' in the cause title of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70482 of 2025 be corrected to be read as 'P.S.-Fulkaha'. It is made clear that the police station of the petitioner is 'Fulkaha' and not 'Forbesganj'.

6. The order dated 08.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70482 of 2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
