JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 12-12-2019 The petitioner/company seeks a direction to the respondents to make payments of the legitimate outstanding dues amounting to Rs. 1,17,10,058/- for the work done by the company which was allotted to it. It has been submitted that there is no dispute with respect to the petitioner/company having performed their part of the obligation which was entrusted to them. There does not appear to be any justifiable reason for withholding the payments. Several representations made by the petitioner for release of funds and payment of dues of the petitioner has fallen on deaf ears. The petitioner therefore has preferred the present petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24787 of 2019 dt.12-12-2019 2/2 Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs that in case a fresh representation is made by the petitioner before respondent no. 1 within a period of four weeks, the same shall be taken into consideration, the facts shall be verified and the entitlement of the petitioner shall be ascertained and thereafter a reasoned order shall be passed within a period of four weeks. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be payable/tenable, necessary arrangements shall be made within the aforesaid period for paying the dues of the petitioner/company.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
