That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to grant & Pay the benefit of II and IIIrd A.C.P. as during his service period one time bound promotion was granted in 1988 to the petitioner. His 2nd A.C.P. & 3rd A.C.P. was held up due to Criminal Case lodged in 2002 and now in 2023 Criminal Court has given him clean acquittal alongwith others."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Director, Department of Animal Husbandry, Bihar, Patna shall dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
